Rob Denness opened the scoring for The Blair from the penalty spot after Alexx Kendall handled in the area on 20mins.
Denness doubled on 34mins when he was allowed to head home unchallenged.
Jason Thompson blazed a Wells penalty onto the bar while Ben Davisson also rattled the Blair bar as The Wells searched for a reply.
Two more defensive howlers on 62 and 89mins made sure of the points for Hollands & Blair.
