The Wells return to West Sussex on Sunday for the third time in 7 days as they visit Littlehampton Town in the first qualifying round of the FA Vase.
The Marigolds play in the Southern Combination League division one where they sit 2nd on 9pts having won their opening 3 games.
Their best performance in the FA Vase came in the 90/91 season when they made it all the way to the semi finals.
The Wells will hope to improve on last seasons FA Vase performance where they exited the competition in the first round proper, losing 0-2 to Uckfield Town at The Culverden.
One meeting between the two teams saw a then record set for the number of kicks in a penalty shoot-out in a FA Cup tie.
The Wells hosted a preliminary round replay to Littlehampton Town on 31 August 2005 which finished 2-2 after extra time.
The Wells eventually triumphed 16-15 after 20 spot-kicks each.
